Oral Presentations and Posters

Those who wish to participate in the congress may apply by submitting their papers to ONE of the selected parallel sessions. 
 
To present a communication, an expanded summary of 300 to 750 words must be provided; the summary must include the work’s purpose, scope, methods, results, recommendations for further research, and conclusions alongside all essential bibliographic references. The submission form will be available from June 20, 2020.

The final paper must contain between 4,000 and 6,000 words. The presentation standards are those of the Social Work Series collection published by Thomson Reuters Aranzadi. 
 
All presented abstracts will be evaluated by the scientific committee of the congress, which will communicate to the interested individuals the acceptance or rejection of each abstract. Each final work alongside its corresponding video presentation must be submitted to the congress organising committee on or before September 15 to be included in the minutes and on the YouTube channel.

As an alternative to communications, posters may be submitted; all posters will be hung in a repository that will be accessible during the congress sessions. All poster proposals may be submitted using a link that will be available from June 20, 2020. Once a poster proposal has been accepted by the scientific committee of the congress, its authors must submit the final version of their poster in PowerPoint format with accompanying audio (maximum length: 5 minutes). The final version of each selected poster must be submitted on or before September 15. All posters selected and received within the established period will be accessible during the congress.
